Hailing from the Emerald Isle of Ireland and moving to Dubai at the age of 8 has given Stephen a wider view of the world. He first started playing golf at 12 and it quickly became a passion. This was compounded by the explosion of Tiger Woods onto the golfing scene who became Stephen golfing idol growing up. Being as passionate as he is about golf, it was a natural progression into the industry when the position became available and he is loving every minute of it. Whilst not on the golf course, he enjoy scuba diving, playing pool and spending time with family and friends as well as a bit of travel.
A proud Australian who has lived and breathed golf from an early age, Darren sees working in the golf industry as a privilege. Whilst having played football professionally and represented Australia in track and field, golf has always been Darren's number one sport. He played in the 2013 Audi Quattro Cup World Cup Final and finished second. However, what matters most to Darren is the relationships built on the fairways and the experiences that come with exploring new courses. Darren’s golfing highlights include playing Cypress Point and the Old Course at St Andrews as well as attending the 2010 Masters at Augusta National.

Born and raised in Ontario, Canada, Michael grew up on his grandparent’s golf course. His childhood memories consist mostly of following his grandfather around the course observing, learning and selling range balls and rounds of golf before he could see over the counter. As he grew older, Michael moved to grounds operations and began to enjoy preparation of the golf course as much as playing the game. After attending turf school, he landed a job as a superintendent at the age of 19. He has been lucky to work in Canada, America, the UK, and now Dubai, where for the last 3 years, as an Agronomist Project Manager, he has completed various projects in golf and landscape.
