A Full Member receives the following benefits:

TEE TIME BOOKING PRIVILEGES

Single, Midweek, Couple and Family Golf Members as well as the Corporate Named Executives and Named Wildcards shall receive an 18-day booking window privilege for online bookings only. All other bookings either in person, phone or email are subject to a 17-day privilege. All bookings are for one tee time per Member, per day.

Booking access for unnamed Wildcards is appointed by the company and the wildcard must be presented upon check-in. The reservation desk is open for bookings from 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week, via phone or email. The Golf reservation number is +971 4 362 7555 and the email address is info@dubaihillsgolfclub.com

ONLINE BOOKING

Golf Members have exclusive privileges to book tee times online. The web link and personal user ID can be obtained from the Membership Manager. An exclusive 18-day booking window is available for tee times booked online only. Members that are unable to comply with booking privileges will have their online booking access disabled. Rounds outside the 18-day window will be charged the applicable rate.

MEMBER GUEST FEES

A Member and Wildcard holder can book a maximum of one tee time per day with a maximum of 3 guests. Guests are charged the applicable Member’s guest rate prior to commencement of play. Members must accompany their guests at all times during their visit and are accountable for the conduct of their guests.

MEMBERS TOURNAMENTS

Full Golf Members and Corporate Named Executives may participate in any of the Member tournaments. Midweek Members are also eligible to enter Member tournaments (subject to payment of the applicable green fee and tournament fee) however an automatic wait list applies and Full Golf Members have priority.

To be eligible for prizes, all Members must hold valid handicaps with EGF. Wildcard players are not considered Full Golf Members and therefore cannot participate in Member tournaments. The 48-hour no show policy applies to all Member tournaments. No show offenders will also have Member tournament privileges reviewed.

EMIRATES GOLF FEDERATION FEES

All membership fees must be paid along with Emirates Golf Federation affiliation fees. Fees are AED 525 per adult aged 18 and over and AED 52.50 per junior under the age of 18. These are collected by the club on behalf of the Emirates Golf Federation and are not on a pro-rata basis. These fees are not applicable if already collected by another club in the UAE.

MEMBERSHIP TYPES:

Single Membership | Access to all facilities 7 days a week.

Midweek Membership | Access to all facilities Monday to Friday excluding weekends & public holidays.

Family Membership | Husband & Wife plus 2 children below 12 years before 1st January 2025.

Junior | under the age of 18 years before 1st January 2025.

Couple Memberships | Married Couple without children | Marriage Certificate required.

Corporate Membership | Bespoke packages available – Trade License required – Wildcards can only be used once per day at any club.

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP

A member is required to give a 90-day notice period for all Membership resignations throughout the Membership year. A pro-rata refund of the membership fees will be made from the end of the 90-day notice period to the end of the Membership period. In case of injury or relocation, the 90-day cancellation period will still apply. All cancella- tions must be formally emailed to the Membership Manager. Resignations can only be done once per year, if a member wants to continue the membership then they have to commit to the original expiration date of the mem- bership either by paying the membership fee in full or by providing security cheques if paying via installments. Extensions to resignation periods may be available upon request. If an individual rejoins after a period of three months, a joining fee will be applicable.

MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER AND AMENDMENTS

Memberships are non-transferable. Membership fees, terms and conditions are non-negotiable. A member can downgrade or upgrade their membership, subject to the approval of the management. Corporate memberships may be transferred once per year subject to the approval of the management. Applicable fees apply for any additional transfers.

Membership Suspension is available due to medical reasons. To suspend the membership for medical reasons, a valid medical certificate is required, and the membership will only be suspended from the date that the medical certificate is received. Suspension can only be once per year for a maximum of 90 days. For membership suspension extensions, payment will be required in full for the duration and the membership will be extended the same number of days. A member may transfer their membership to one of our sister courses; in this case, a joining fee will apply.

MEMBERSHIP FEE PAYMENT

Failure to make a scheduled payment of Membership Fees will result in immediate suspension of all playing privileges until payment has been completed. All Members paying quarterly must provide postdated cheques in advance. A member will receive an email from the membership manager to confirm how they would like to pay the quarterly payment before due date of the cheque. If no payment is received by the due date, the PDC’s will be cashed. 5% administration fee applicable for quarterly payments.

MEMBER CONDUCT

No Member may conduct money raising activities within the club facilities or on the golf course without holding all appropriate permits and approvals, and without prior written approval from the management. The Management of the club reserves the right to suspend any Member for failure to abide by the club’s Rules and Regulations or whose actions are deemed to be detrimental to the good standing of the club.

PHOTOGRAPHY

By signing the member rules & regulations, you allow our team to use any photography / videography that you have been captured in for our marketing purposes, including social media and waive any such right to review or sanction any images without any limitations, royalty and or compensation.

TEE TIME CANCELLATION

A 48-hour cancellation and no-show policy applies to all golf bookings; no shows are charged at AED 100 per person. Any cancellations made within 48-hours that are not then reserved by another Member or Guest are also liable for the charges.

The Member making the reservation is accountable for all players in the reservation. When making a cancellation, please ensure you record your cancellation reference number. This is generated automatically from our tee time booking system. Cancellation disputes will only be considered when cancellation numbers or email notifications are provided – verbal notifications cannot be considered. Phone calls are not recorded. After three unpaid no shows within a 30 day period, Membership privileges will be reviewed by the management.
Note – medical exceptions are accepted with the production of a medical certificate and if the no show is in a member event, the member is subject to a ban from the next event.

OTHER RULES & REGULATIONS

  • All Members and Guests must check in at the Golf Reception prior to playing on the Championship Course, Par 3 course, the Practice Facilities and Fitness Suite Facilities at the club.
  • The Practice Facility can be accessed by all Full and Midweek Members.
  • Corporate Named Executives, Named Wildcards and Wildcard holders (subject to availability) can also use the practice facility at any time. However, once the wildcard has been used on a given day, applicable fees
    apply.
  • Golf Teaching Professionals not registered with the club may not conduct golf lessons on the property.
  • Members accept full responsibility for any injury caused whilst operating a golf cart, playing the course, visiting the facility, or damage caused to any property of the club, another patron or outside agency. The club will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
  • The course is closed on Tuesday mornings to allow the Agronomy Team to carry out more intensive cultural and maintenance procedures. These measure contribute significantly to a much better presented and conditioned golf course.
  • It is strictly forbidden to use more than one cart per two-ball and more than 2 carts per three or four balls. Cart drivers must be over 16 years of age and hold a valid driving license. Cart drivers under 16 years of age must sign a disclaimer form available at reception. RTA law states that no carts can be driven outside the golf premises.
  • All children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • It is not permitted to bring food and beverages to the club, only food and beverages purchased at the club may be consumed on the property.
  • There may be a few instances where the course will be booked exclusively for a large-scale group. We recommend you to avail of your reciprocal playing benefits at Montgomerie Golf Club Dubai and Dubai Hills Golf Club during these periods.
  • Annual bag storage facility for all named members is subject to an AED 795 charge, subject to availability. Wild card holders are not considered Full Golf Members and may not avail of this facility. Bags which are left at the club by members or guests who haven’t paid for bag storage will need to be collected from security. The club does not accept liability for loss or damage of items stored in bag storage or left at the club. Upon termination of your membership, all golf bags must be removed from the Bag Storage within 1 month from the termination of your membership.
  • Access to the Golf Course requires appropriate golfing attire. A casual dress code applies to the Academy, Driving Range and Par 3 Course.
  • The off peak summer season is a time for golf course renovations and cultural practices. For periods stated in advance, a number of hole closures may be operated. This is reflected in the rate and is an essential component to the long-term quality of the golf course. During the renovations period, Dubai Hills Golf Club Members will have complimentary access to Golf Club and Montgomerie Golf Club, with the applicable booking windows.
  • Members are encouraged to provide feedback in writing to ensure sufficient audit trail.
  • Dubai Hills Golf Club shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under the Membership Benefits due to events beyond its reasonable control that prevent the Dubai Hills Golf Club from fulfilling its commitments. In such cases, Dubai Hills Golf Club reserves the right to modify or suspend services and facilities without notice and shall not be obligated to provide any compensation or refunds to Members. Additionally, Dubai Hills Golf Club reserves the right to close part or all of its facilities for repair, maintenance, or extension of facilities, adverse weather conditions, special events, or in compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation, or direction without advance notice and without any liability to Members.

FITNESS SUITE RULES AND REGULATIONS

    • The fitness suite will be open for use from 6am to 9pm by named members only.
    • Members are allowed to bring up to three guests for AED 100 per person.
    • Members may bring a personal trainer for AED 75 per visit and subject to Management pre-approval.
    • All members and guests must check-in at reception.
    • Fitness Suite users must be in suitable sports attire, and for the convenience of others, must bring a towel.
    • Members are encouraged to use the cleaning materials provided before and after use.
    • Persons below 16 should be accompanied by an adult when using the fitness suite.
    • No equipment shall be moved or shifted from its designed position.
    • Food is strictly not allowed.
    • Pets are not allowed in the fitness suite.
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited.
    • Be considerate to other members using the facility and restrict cardio machine usage to between 30 and 45 minutes.
    • Avoid playing loud music and use headphones.
    • Switch your mobile phone into silent mode and avoid taking calls whilst in the fitness suite.
    • Boxing or any martial arts is not allowed.
    • The management do not accept responsibility for injuries caused to an individual as a result of using the fitness suite.
    • The use of the equipment is at the sole risk of the individual.
    • A fee of AED 100 is applicable for all lost or damaged Fitness Suite access cards.

VARIATION AND INTERPRETATION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS

Notwithstanding, anything set forth in any of the Rules and Regulations, the Management may, at its discretion, waive or vary any or all the said Rules and Regulations in any case. Interpretation of these Rules and Regulations by the management or by any authorised club officials or employees to whom such authority is delegated by the management, is conclusive. The club reserves the right to amend the member rules and regulations at any time.

LIABILITY WAIVER

The Member hereby voluntarily assumes all risks of accident or damage to the person or property and that of his guests during such time that they are a member. A member shall waive all their rights, claims, damages, actions and suits that they may have and forever discharge, hold harmless and indemnify the club its manager, partners, members and employees from all such damage, injury, claims or loss of any kind arising out of their use of the facility or equipment provided by the club. A member shall take all reasonable precautions to play safely and are fully responsible for personal injury and or property damage caused by any golf shot. Any member or guest who willfully, or through negligence, damages golf course property or neighboring property will incur costs of repairs or replacement and is subject to suspension or termination of privileges.

GOVERNING LAW

The agreement shall be governed by UAE Law
